Simplifying the Equation 5X+3Y-4=3X+y => 2X+2Y = 4 => X+Y=2
1. Y^2 = 1
So Y= 1, -1, which will give 2 answers so Insufficient.
2. X+Y=2, again is Insufficient as it repeats teh question.
1 & 2 together, again are insufficient.
IMO option E.
