Speed*65 = s
Speed \(= \frac{s}{65}\)
When distance is r miles,
\(\frac{s}{65}*time = r\)
\(time = \frac{65r}{s}\)
Answer is (A)
Speed*65 = s

Official Explanation
Here we have a rate question, so we can set it up with a fraction that includes the relevant units:
(65 minutes)/(s miles)
We want to get r miles in the denominator without changing the value of the rate, so we can multiply by a form of 1:
(65 minutes)/(s miles)*(r/s)
The s's in the denominator cancel, leaving us with r miles. The numerator becomes (65 r)/s minutes.
The correct answer is (A).
