Question : what is the value of m/n?

Statement 1: m - n = 8
There are multiple scenarios e.g.
m = 9 and n = 1 and m/n = 9
m = 10 and n = 2 and m/n = 5

NOT SUFFICIENT

Statement 2: (m + n)(m - n) = 0

i.e. m^2 - n^2 = 0

i.e. m^2 = n^2

i.e. m/n = +1

NOT SUFFICIENT

COmbining two statement

we get that m-n = 8 i.e. m+n = 0 because product given as m + n)(m - n) = 0

m+n = 0
i.e. m = -n
i.e. m/n = -1
SUFFICIENT
