given mn=0
case1: m=0 , n=0
case2: m!=0, n=0
case 3: m=0, n!=0
Is |m−n|>0
So,
Prob stat1 : m≠0
So Case 2 is valid so, mod(non zero - zero) is >0 (suff)
Prob stat2 : n=0
So, case 1 and 2 are valid.
Case 1 mod(0-0) > 0 (no)
Case2 mod(non zero - zero) is >0 (yes)
So prob stat2 has inconsistency, clearly A is the winner
