for n/15 to be an integer, 3 and 5 must be factors of n.

statment 1) 3n/15 = 23 / (3*5) = n/5 integer. it means that 5 is a factor of n. insufficient

2) 8n/ (3*5) integer, since neither 3 nor 5 are factor of 8, they must be factors of n.

so IMO 2) alone is sufficient
