\(\sqrt{{\frac{16}{81}}}\)

Therefore n =\(\frac{4}{3}\)

and \(\sqrt{n}\) = \(\sqrt{{\frac{4}{9}}}\)

\(\frac{2}{3}\)

(D)

Pretty straightforward question:
\(n=\sqrt{\frac{16}{81}} = \frac{4}{9}\)

\(\sqrt{n} = \sqrt{\frac{4}{9}} = \frac{2}{3} (D)\)

Since n = √(16/81) = √16/√81 = 4/9, we see that √n = √(4/9) = √4/√9 = 2/3.

Answer: D
