Choosing in a set do not have ordering. Choose $$6$$ out of $$27$$ :

$$27C6$$

$$\frac{27!}{21!6!}$$

6 marbles have to be chosen out of a jar having 27 marbles. This can be done in 27c6 ways. 27c6= 27!/21!6!
