If \(x \neq -1\), then \(\frac{11}{11+11x}=\)

A. 1/(2x)

B. 1/(11x)

C. 1/(1 + x)

D. 1/(1 + 11x)

E. 1/(11 + x)

It's a relatively simple one. 11/(11+11x) = 11/11(1+x)= 1/(1+x). The only bizarre solution will be if 1+x is 0. But that will not be the case as the test question said X is not -1.
So Answer is C

If \(x \neq -1\), then \(\frac{11}{11+11x}=\)

A. 1/(2x)

B. 1/(11x)

C. 1/(1 + x)

D. 1/(1 + 11x)

E. 1/(11 + x)

We can simplify the given expression by first factoring 11 from each term of the denominator and then cancelling:

11/[11(1 + x)] = 1/(1 + x)
