On defining values on number line.

Where X = -4,-3,3&4
=> Answer is Supposedly D

from first equation x will be between -4 and 4 (Both inclusive)
While from equation 2, x will be greater than 2 and less than -2 (Both not inclusive)
Combining both; as both equations need to occur simultaneously; we will have limited positive integral solution:-
-3,3,-4 & 4
