Chose option 'B' for the same reason as above.
Kudos to you
Abhishek009Do You want an alternate solution ? Plug in the values given in the option in \(\frac{(x+3)}{2}≤ 6\) and check if it satisfies the condition...
Do you want the Best approach? Stick to backwards technique.
In this particular case, it may be easier to simplify given question but that may not be always the case.
Instead, look at answer choices and find the option which repeats most. In this case, it is option 3. Solve that first and find it's validity. As it doesn't satisfy, you can straight away reject three ans choices. Apply this technique again like go for next most repeated option.
This is mnemonic question type and you will face such questions on harder side. If given options are difficult to start with, you may end wasting some time and that's exactly they want you to do..
I prefer this strategy (over top down approach) myself especially for harder questions. It's really effective. Hope it helps.
Cheers!
