(3y + x)/2 = x
3y + x = 2x
3y = x
x/y = 3/1

Answer is E .

(3y + x)/2 = x
3y + x = 2x
3y = x
x/y = 3

Hence Option E is correct

Let’s simplify the given equation:

(3y + x)/2 = x

3y + x = 2x

3y = x

3 = x/y

Answer: E
