If xy is not equal to 0, what is the value of \(\frac{25x^2}{y^2}\)?

(1) x = 3 --> clearly insufficient as no info about y.

(2) 5x - 2y = 0 --> \(5x=2y\) --> \(\frac{25x^2}{y^2}=\frac{(5x)^2}{y^2}=\frac{(2y)^2}{y^2}=\frac{4y^2}{y^2}=4\). Sufficient.

Answer: B.
