Hello Everyone,
IIM's portal are not that active. I will move this topic to right folder once we have sufficient responses.
IIM -A has 2 stage application process where in the first stage they ask for candidate background and only selected candidates are required to write essays. This year essay are brutal asking to write on ethical dilemma and failure 500 words each! Below are the essay topics. While I have story around each I am looking on advice on how to expand the story to 500 words? I would greatly appreciate if consultants can give some guidance. This will be certainly a big help on my mba admission journey!!

Essay 1 : Describe a situation where your professional ethics were challenged and how you came to terms with the situation. What did you learn from this?(500 words)
Essay 2 : Describe a situation where you failed and how did you deal with this experience. What did you learn from this?(500 words)
