• Quality: Very Good; this is the strongest aspect of your profile as you have started something green field and during the journey have taken up different aspects of running a business. The next 10 Mn customers in E-Commerce will come from Tier 2 and 3 cities / towns in India. Since you have a firsthand experience of this market, your experience will add value to the learning of the cohort.
Extracurricular: Very Good; the fact that your passion and profession are closely related, and you have actively participated in sharing your experience and knowledge with the broader community via mentorships / associations with Atal Innovation etc.
To summarize, the lower-than-average GMAT score is your weakest link. To compensate for the same, you will need to ace your applications portraying your experiences in an impactful story format. You will also need to explain the rationale behind your decision to seek a 2nd MBA.
Since your Verbal score is extremely low, you will need to showcase exemplary written communication skills in your essays.
A and C will be a stretch; B and L can be achieved.

I have 10 years of work experience, all international.... currently I am in Boston. How does all international experience impact the application?

International experience is a huge advantage. Especially if it’s for long (10 years).

Ok does that help balance out a kind of an average GMAT score- 640? I have strong academics 4/4 GPA in both undergrad and masters in Boston as well.. and currently working for a big pharma.. here in Boston..

• work primarily involves co-leading a team of 30 employees (workmen) and looking after operation & maintenance activities of various electrical equipment in different workstations
• Also, Managed various works & services contracts (electrical related) & proficient in the entire contract management process, which involves preparation of cost estimates, tender documents, evaluation of tenders & supervision of the execution of contracts.
• Previously worked in a private owned thermal power station in a purely technical role for more than 3 years

Hello everyone ! I am a Chartered Accountant and doing a regular job since 4+ years. I have been studying for quite a long time now, but I cannot improve my accuracy beyond 90% in Quant and beyond 85% in Verbal. I have compiled this data basis my own error logs. What can I do for this. Any suggestions are welcomed. Thanks already !

Does IIM A PGPX allow small difference in OA work ex? I will be 25 years of age but will have 3 years and 10 months of work ex as contrary to the mentioned requirement of 4 years.

No they do not allow , you need to have minimum of 4 years of work exp
