Hello ,
While applying for IIM B - EPGP , some of my seniors are not willing to provide recomendations using official email address [ not blaming them as we have some strict company policies related to email communication outside the organizations ] . Will it be viable if they recomend me using personal email address ? What will be the pros and cons of such recomendations ?

Hi,
Its ok. You can use the personal email address. Its not mandatory to use the official email address, and no one is reading too much into it, unless the school mentions they need the official address only (and you have to explain why you are not using one). This is not the case with the IIMB EPGP form. There are so many isntances where the recommenders don't recieve the recommendation request emails on their official email addresses due to security restrictions, you have to use the personal address then anyways. Don't worry.
