Hello Experts,
I know this is not the right thread to post IIM B EPGP query but I do not see a very active EPGP forum.
The EPGP application has "Roles and Responsibility" section for current and past roles. Should I use this section to highlight my responsibility(say in 100 words) and achievements (100 words) or does it has to be just limited to Role and Responsibility. I asked an admission consultant and he recommended to just focus on Role and Responsibility but I want to take others point of view as well. My concern is no where else can I show my achievements in the roles I had.

200 words is actually a decent amount of space. You may not like to allocate 100 each to responsibilities and achievements (make sure that you describe the responsibilities completely as that is the primary point of the section), but even if you have say 50 words left at the end, you can mention achievements there. Your capabilities are reflected in how you present your responsibilities as well, so do use that too as an opportunity to shine.
