Hello Experts,
I know this is not the right thread to post IIM B EPGP query but I do not see a very active EPGP forum.
The EPGP application has "Roles and Responsibility" section for current and past roles. Should I use this section to highlight my responsibility(say in 100 words) and achievements (100 words) or does it has to be just limited to Role and Responsibility? I asked an admission consultant and he recommendes to just focus on Role and Responsibility but I want to take others point of view as well. My concern is no where else can I show my achievements in the roles I had.

According to me, each of your paragraphs should highlight your designation, the timeline for the same, the projects you have handled under that position, the impact you have created (quantifiable), and the recognition that you got, if any.

I get my applicants to first talk about the responsibility (what they did) and then the achievement. IMO, the reader, once she reads your role and responsibility will be immediately curious to know the impact you created. We don't write them separately
