error log if you do questions from a different source, for example the the Official GMAT Guide?
Frankly, however, you want. I personally did not track. The questions answered correctly. There is a value in that, but it wasn’t meaningful or reasonable for me when I was preparing. I only kept track of my mistakes, and I basically dumped them all into a long document. These were screenshots from Tests, or if it was a book, I wrote down the question number, and the page number, and the question type. I also had a list of favorite questions, the ones that were tricky and thought-provoking, and I kept track of those as well.

error log for the official guide and you can keep track of your mistakes there or you can just write it down on a piece of paper or whatever floats your boat…
