And how do you keep an error log if you do questions from a different source, for example the the Official GMAT Guide?

Frankly, however, you want. I personally did not track. The questions answered correctly. There is a value in that, but it wasn’t meaningful or reasonable for me when I was preparing. I only kept track of my mistakes, and I basically dumped them all into a long document. These were screenshots from Tests, or if it was a book, I wrote down the question number, and the page number, and the question type. I also had a list of favorite questions, the ones that were tricky and thought-provoking, and I kept track of those as well.

You can download GMAT Club‘s error log for the official guide and you can keep track of your mistakes there or you can just write it down on a piece of paper or whatever floats your boat…

Some feedbacks:

It would be very helpful if "Mark for Quiz" and "Question Type" options are added to the Error Log. These options help to set practice questions very efficiently.
It would help the overall practice experience if we can practice the older questions from error log based on a single type of question as well as select questions to form a quiz.

My Error Log Stats does not reflect IR/ Data Insights (except for DS) questions. Is it just my account, or are those questions not added to the Error Log Stats yet? If the latter is the case, do you plan to add them? Thank you!
