GMATNinja Can you please help with Question 5? As far as I could understand, they did not talk about any method. Rather they discussed the importance of productivity. First sentence of the passage states the opinion that productivity improvement would improve the overall performance and by the end the passage concludes that it doesn't.
So why is (B) correct and not (D)?

I chose E because I only used the information from the sentence where hygiene factor is mentioned in the passage. I should have considered the next sentence regarding hygiene factor, but I didn't. Could you please give some advice on how I will not fall on this trap?

Could you please help with question 1?
1. According to the passage, before the final results of the study were known, which of the following seemed likely?
(A) That workers with the highest productivity would also be the most accurate
(B) That workers who initially achieved high productivity ratings would continue to do so consistently
(C) That the highest performance ratings would be achieved by workers with the highest productivity
(D) That the most productive workers would be those whose supervisors claimed to value productivity
(E) That supervisors who claimed to value productivity would place equal value on customer satisfaction
C is the answer.
Well, the question is about the timeframe " before the final results of the study were known". and before the results,
there is no discussion about productivity. So how all of a sudden c becomes the answer?
