Hi,
I need advice from someone on how to go ahead with my preparation and when to take the GMAT exam.
I have been preparing for a few months and dedicated full 10 days to my preparation. My score in last few attempts are:
1. Kaplan 1st mock test - 620
2. Kaplan 2nd moc test - 560
3. GMAT prep test2 last version - 530
4. Online app Ready4gmat: latest score 620
5. GMAT prep test 1 new version - 510
I am really confused what to do. I was bit confident about my GMAT exam but my recent score of 510 has made me hesitant to take my actual exam which is on 12th Aug. Should I postpone the exam? or should I dedicate remaining days completely into GMAT exam preparation, hoping to achieve more than 680.
I scored around 76 % in engineering(EXTC), 7.7 in PG diploma in Banking and Finance. 5 + years of experience in banking sector including top private bank and PSB.
Please, someone, guide me about this.
I want to do 1yr MBA in finance. Please suggest any decent college and GMAT score required.
Thanks
.
Sent from my vivo Y51L using
GMAT Club Forum mobile appI don't see the point of postponing the exam on August 12th(till at least 10 days before the actual test)
Unless the scores on the GMATPrep test in the next exam which i recommend you take after serious preparation till 1st August.
And if you are not able to see a considerable score increase(near about your target score), then postpone it.
But, I do agree you need a strategy how you should be spending the remainder of the days.
I suggest you to analyze this last test of yours(where you have scored a 510) are try to figure out what were the reasons for your score drop.
Also, you will have to be more specific which country you intend to do the 1yr MBA in, to get a suggestions with regard to colleges.
You could put a profile evaluation request in the forum:
