'More' should be compared with 'less'
Narrows down to B and C

In B 'which' modifies wrist meaning wrist creates more current but actually it is the motion that creates the current

Ans C

A- wrist, creating more current with long , sweeping movements and fewer --- fewer is used for what ??? more ...... fewer they are not in parallel.
B- wrist, which creates more current with long , sweeping movements and less - wrong use of 'which'
C- wrist, creating more current with long , sweeping movements and less ----- more .... less are in parallel . rectified error in A.
D- wrist and create more current with long , sweeping movements and fewer - when i first look at and first thing i thought was "what it is parallel to?" ans is nothing.
E- wrist and that create more current with long , sweeping movements and fewer --- same error as D

Current (electricity) is not countable. You can't say I used two current two charge my phone. Thus, we have do use "less", because it's the correct word for uncountable things.
This narrows down the options to B) and C).

In B) "which" incorrectly modifies "wearer's wrist". It should actually modify "tiny weight and a generator". Thus, answer choice B) is incorrect too.

It can be inferred that C) is the correct choice.

A- wrist, creating more current with long , sweeping movements and fewer Used for countable nouns

B- wrist, which creates more current with long , sweeping movements and less "Which" is incorrectly modifying "wrist"

C- wrist, creating more current with long , sweeping movements and less Correct

D- wrist and create more current with long , sweeping movements and fewer

It should be "creates", also "fewer" is wrong

E- wrist and that create more current with long , sweeping movements and fewer
