IMO: D
Studying the diagram, we get that 3a=c and 3a+2b = 180

St. 1:
C=3b => that we can fetch 3a=3b => a=b or, 3a+2a =180 => a = 180/5 and similarly by plugging the value of a we will get b and c. Hence, sufficient.

St2:
A=36 => this will directly give the values of c & b by plugging the same in the equations obtain by the diagram. Hence, sufficient.

Therefore = D

3a+2b=360
c=3a

We have 3 unknowns and 2 equations. We need one more new equation to have sufficiency
(1) c=3b
this gives another new equation. So we have three equations now. Sufficient
(2) a=36
this gives another new equation. So we have three equations now. Sufficient

We have, 3a +2b =180 and 3a =c

Stat1: c=3b; 3a =c =3b and 3b+2b =180, we can get b, a and c now. Sufficient

Stat2: a=36, then c = 3*36, b = 180-3*36. Sufficient

So, I think D. :)
