The answer to the following question is B. I have solved the following problem by matrix method.

The following are the notations in the attached document.

BE: Blue Eyes
NBE: Not Blue Eyes
BH: Blond Hair
NBH: Not Blond Hair

1) 70% have blond hair. 70 - 50 = 20% have blond hair and non blue eyes. 30 % non blond hair. Overall NS

2) 60% have blue eyes. 40% have non blue eyes. if 50% are blond and blue, then 60 - 50 = 10% have blue eyes and non blond hair.

B is suff.

Hi Bunuel,

Can you please help to clarify the below doubt.

Let the Total Number of People in Teetown be X.
a = Only Blue Eye.
b = Only Blond Hair.
c = Both Blue Eye & Blond Hair.

Is it right to write a + b + c = X? or we need to consider that there might be few people without Blue Eye & Blond Hair.
If a + b + c = X, then should D be the answer??
