In the diagram, each of the 16 circles represents a company. An arrow connects two companies. Each arrow points from one company (a parent company) to another company (a child company). The revenue of a child company is one-third of the revenue of its parent company. The companies labeled A through F are known as the Pioneers.

  Let’s assume the revenue of pioneer company F to be x. (You can start with any random company)  
  After that, one has to multiply or divide by 3, based on whether the company is a child company or a parent company, as shown above.  
 
  From the diagram, we see that the revenue of pioneer company B is exactly 27 times that of pioneer company E.  
   Hence B and E are the correct answer choice

somya9  and @  eeshajain    The Shorter way is to recognise the pattern, as per the figure, we know the left side has one non labelled circle between labelled one, and the right sided there is 2 non labelled circle between B and E, also the common ratio is 1/3 since the values decrease from parent to child, the questions asked which Parent company exactly 27 times that of the pioneer company, i.e in other terms the child pioneer will be 1/27 times, the only company fits is B and E and we will save the calculation work by noticing this pattern.
