circumference of the circle with center A = 2*Circumference of the circle with center C,

i.e. If radius of circle C = r
then radius of Circle A = 2r

and AC = 2r+r = 3r = 6 (given)

i.e. r = 2 = BC

2(Pi)Ra = 4 (Pi) Rb
Ra = 2Rb

Since Ra+Rb=6
2Rb+Rb=6
Rb=2

Thanks
