Let sides be a,b,c
Let ab=14
So Only Possible option either a=7or 2, b =2 or 7 respectively
Now bc =18 as b =2 , 7 not possible
c=9
Hence a=7,b=2,c=9
Volume =7*2*9=126

The sides of cuboid is either LB , BH, HL (every two pair combination among them consist one side same, BH,HL or HB,BL, or HL, BL)
14 & 18 are two of the sides.
14 = 7*2
18 = 9*2
That mean sides of the cuboid = 9,7,2
The volume of box = 9*7*2 = 126
Answer is supposedly B
