PQ*QR*SR = 480
SR = 8

Surface area = 2(lb+bh+hl) = 2(40+60+96) = 392

E is the answer.

x= 8

Volume = lbh => 5 * 12* h = 480
h = 8

2(lb + bh + lh ) = 2(60 + 96 + 40)= 2* (196) = 392
