a = 7+b
Using Area Property, Area of ∆ \(= \frac{1}{2}*a*b = \frac{1}{2}*(7+b)*b = 30\)
i.e. (7+b)*b = 60
But 12*5 = 60
i.e. b = 5 and a = 7+5 = 12
ALso, Using pythagorus theorem, \(a^2+b^2 = c^2\)
i.e. \(12^2+5^2 = 13^2\)
i.e. c = 13
Answer: Option C

given that its a Pythagorus triplet possible set values ( 3 4 5;6 8 10;9 12 15; 5 12 13...)
difference b/w base and altitude is 7
so possible value of those two sides is 5,12
so hypotenuse would be 13
option C
