Does the comma before manufactures make Option A wrong?
Does the comma make the statement say that A towering manufactures??

I picked A as well, and the OA is D.
Options A and D differ only with the placement of a comma.
I guess the placement of the comma changes what forms the core sentence?
IMO though, I don't think GMAT would test just the placement of a comma in a question.
