I have given a detailed description of my profile and I will be glad if you can evaluate my profile and let me know of the opportunities I have.

My profile:

Indian Male, B.tech (Top 20 University in India- Thapar University)
GPA - 8.2/10
GMAT: 670. Age :27
MBA : Want to apply for 2015-2017

Work Summary:
Currently working for Tata Consultancy Services for the last 4 years with a British Airline.
Worked for 1.5 years as a developer.
1 years as a technical team leader, leading a team of 4.
1.5 years as a Disaster recovery manager( IT Service Continuity Manager) of the IT Landscape and various projects for the British Airlines, co-ordinating with multiple vendors and leading a team of 3; Involved in strategic planning to handle minor or major IT Catastrophic disaster, working closely with the client. Working in UK at the moment for one year.

Youngest On-site Manager for a project (Disaster Recovery). Built a team of 3 people from scratch. Have been appreciated by the client and the company on numerous occasions.
Reached the Director's round of interview in the In-house process of Tata Administrative Services(TAS), the flagship leadership programme of the Tata Group.
Was Interviewed by the members of the Group Executive Council, Tata Sons

Community service:
1. Taught 2 girls and one boy (underprivileged children) from grade 3 to grade 12 in Maths, English and Science with my mother, who is a social worker, at my house.
2. Helped a charitable homeopathic clinic raise funds for their daily operations. Help them buying medicines and infrastructure of the clinic.

Interned with ST Ericsson for 6 months and with the Indian Navy for 2 months

I am looking to apply to US universities, can you recommend which colleges should I consider? I have a low GMAT score and I don't intent to give it again, can you also point out flaws/shortcomings in my profile?

Also, I haven't given the TOEFL exam and wanted to know whether it is necessary for Universities which waive it off when a candidate has studied in an English medium University.

Hello there!
so you have some very good stuff in your profile - The team leadership and team building stuff especially, and you have a lot of potential. But let me be straight with you - that potential is gonna be killed if you apply with a 670. You work for a good company, come froma good school with good grades. If you apply with your so-so GMAT, your upper limit will likely be about rank 30, whereas if you can get 50 points higher, your upper limit would be about rank 10. so I would definitely urge you to reconsider your idea of not retaking. I KNOW you don't want to! And I KNOW the GMAT is not the most fun thing in the world (I had to take it myself :) ), buuuut since it is your big weakness and since you have time, you pretty much HAVE TO retake (if you ask my opinion, of course ;) )
