Hi Guys, I m sure like me many of you ,especially Indians, will be targeting Indian Schools that do no accept GMAT score. As many institutions have announced their dates we have to gear up for those exams as well. I know for other exams we have to prepare many other things but what has to be done has to be done. I will update this thread shorty with the exam name and important dates. Meanwhile please let me know if this discussion is useful and how many of you are going to appear for these exams. As far I m concerned I m going to appear for CAT, IIFT , FMS. I might appear for XAT too but I m not sure. BUT MAKE SURE YOU DO NO LOSE FOCUS ON GMAT , as these exams are just for backup. If we are preparing for 60-70% common syllabus, then there is no harm in spending some extra $$. Hey thanks for replying...Have you given XAT before? Also how much time is required to get a firm grasp on xat..

BDW i just had a view on there last 2 years papers...Quant and verbal look pretty similar.....

only common thing is CR. XAT is quite unpredictable. I got 98.6 in verbal. I can't look at mirror and cherish this score.. may be because of gmat i got good hold on XAT.

Golden advice: Give time to one exam at a time.
