Thanks a lot Judal! Dont want to pull your leg to much, but still would like to ask you for the Eastern Europe stats- any people admitted from Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, the Ukraine, Latvia or Lithuania? Thanks A LOT in advance
Btw. 189 admitted, hm given the 1008 applicants admitted in the last intake, I guess that if the stats for R2 and R3 remain similar to those of R1, the WList is going to be quite long ...

I think they are admiting ~500 student in each term so probably they will admit again ~180 students in R2 and ~140 students in R3...
Okay, for future R2&R3, I will disclose the MBA connect statistic as requested:
Total admit: 189
Bear in mind the following statistics include double nationalities Portuguese:6 Spanish:8 Italian:6 French:20 Chinese:19(OMG) Indian:31(Really...? Guess will be less Indian for the following two rounds) American:24 Brazilian:7

Thanks for the details Judal! Could you also find out the number of Lebanese
189 looks a bit low, after first round in September 2012 there were 196 on MBAConnect and after first round in January 2012 there were 278!. Seems like a bigger waitlist than usual, also more chances for the R2 and R3 than in usual years
Btw the total admits go out to 199. Guess some of them just set up their MBAconnect account Slovakia & Czech Republic: 0... Poland: 2 Ukraine: 3 Latvia: 1 Lithuania: 2 Lebanese: 7

Thanks for the stats Judal, any news about Indonesian/Malaysian/Singaporean (South East Asian gang) Here's my Kudos for you.
Well I'm keeping taps on every stats request! Everyone buys me a beer once you got accepted and meet me in the campus Filipino: 1 Vietnamese: 0 Indonesian: 1 Malaysian:1 Singaporean: 2
Deepak and others from R1 ... I think an answer to Geography's question would be of immense help to us in R2. Thanks in advance for any insight! Here's Geography's question:
"Hi Round1 Folks!
I applied in Round 2. For those who received an interview, did you guys receive an interview notification on or before the Interview decision notification date? For Round 1, the interview notification date was 11 April 2012.
Thank you!"

Hi Gloriana
My two cents:
I received my interview notification on the 10th of May (8 days before the deadline) but I got my Admit call and email on June 27th (a day before the deadline - admittedly I didn't finish the interviews until June 15th).
I'm a R1 admit, based in and starting in Singapore. I'd like to maintain some confidentiality over this for now and so would rather not join the facebook group just yet. All the same, it would be great to start meeting fellow admits to get to know each other. All the more if you are a rockclimber (even if you'd like an introduction to the sport) it would be great to have someone to climb with throughout the semester. PM me to get in touch.
All R2's and R3's, good luck and keep on working on your preparations!

Hey Jedng, I sent you a PM with my contact details so we can get together in Sing and celebrate. There are a few admits in Bangkok, KL, and Jakarta, so it would be nice to organize a get together in the Little Red Dot for all the SEA-based Admits.

Thanks for posting, JZ (I've been too busy to have a proper look into MBA Connect). I'm surprised by the number of Americans... Luckily I applied in R1. And here I was thinking Americans would be a tiny minority. There's even someone from another Florida university which really surprised me!

Thanks Judal! I guess that if all of us asking would be most delighted to grab you a beer when admitted!
Btw. It does seem that it in fact best pays to apply in R1...
Any ideas how many people usually apply in the Jan intake? As I was googling for this information I could only find some information on really old 2006ish stats.
