Hi, I applied second round for the Jan intake. 26, female, economic consulting, solid academic background and 730 on the GMAT. Who else has applied? I'm very much looking forward to finding out if I get an interview..

For Round 1, pre-selected interviewees were notified 2 wks before the interview deadline..which then makes today the start of INSEAD's notifying Round 2 candidates!!!..anyone notified yet?

Also if any Indian/IT background/Male (non-IIT educated) make it to Round 1, pls pm me!

I think two weeks is a bit optimistic. If you go back to pages 6-8 of this thread, at least in terms of GMAT Club members, the first ones notified were around 8 days prior to the deadline, so I would think late next week is when you should expect the interview invite (19-20 July).

Any ideas how many people usually apply in the Jan intake? As I was googling for this information I could only find some information on really old 2006ish stats.

I've been waitlisted for Jan 13 as well !
there is a page created for the Jan13 waitlisted candidates... the purpose is for us to get in touch and have an overview of the profiles that are present in the waitlist!

There are a lot of Indian Males/Females-non IIT educated in the R 1 who finally made it to the 13D class! So dont worry about IIT stamp. As long as you got a strong application, you are in the race.

Got an email today "..........I have the pleasure of informing you that your application has been processed for the Class of December 2013 Round 2, starting in January 2013, and I am very pleased to let you know that you have been pre-selected for interview......... "

So the fun begins for the R2 applicants!Best wishes for all those who have got interview calls!

Interview calls are very important part of the INSEAD applications. Dont neglect them in anyway!I had two friends of mine interview along with me and I am only the lucky one among the three to have got an admit!One got dinged and the other is still waitlisted! So put in your best efforts to crack the interviews!

Congratulations on being admitted. Any tips you could share with us?

I applied for both INSEAD and HEC Paris, I did interviews with HEC and got dinged a week ago
