I just saw the missed call on my cell phone.
And the voice message I had is incomprehensible.
Do you think I should reach out to my coordinator???

Can't you see the number? If it starts with +33 it's a good sign ;-)

I also first missed the call and on the mailbox they just asked to call back but did not say anytrhing about the admission.

Folks, can anyone who applied/got accepted to INSEAD help me with the following question:

- INSEAD says due to large volume of applications, they are unable to confirm if supporting docs have been received and they will only send the full-package notification after a week or 2 of submission date. Say everything was submitted on R1 deadline day, and later INSEAD thought something is missing, would they give the applicant the opportunity to re-send/complete any missing info and still consider him for R1 or would they automatically push it to R2 due to incompleteness?

Got in from Round 2. Starting the year at Fonty. Congratulations to all those accepted.

To those in the waitlist, don't give up. I've been in the waitlist before and I know what it feels like. My advice is to write regular update letters and to stay in touch with the Admissions Office so that you're top of mind when an opening comes up.

Hi all, I'm in... but I am a bit worried!

I didn't get a call but instead an email with the subject line "INSEAD Confidential - Message on behalf of Caroline Diarte-Edwards" -- the first line is as follows:

"On behalf of the Admissions Committee, it is my great pleasure to offer you a place in the INSEAD MBA Class of December 2011, starting in Singapore on January 10th, 2011. Congratulations and welcome to the worldwide INSEAD community."

Did anyone else receive this instead of a call? What could this mean? Is it just that my coordinator (MLP) has apparently resigned?

The only thing I can think of is that I haven't yet provided proof of my second language, so perhaps this is the process for those who need to fulfill this. The paragraph on INSEAD's language policy (below) is bolded...

INSEAD has "entry" and "exit" language requirements for the MBA programme. You are requested to read the Language Policy carefully to verify how you can meet these requirements. Please note that there are deadlines within which you will need to provide proof of your languages. The Language Policy is accessible through the “INSEAD Online Community”, under the section “Languages” on the home page.

Don't worry psychicle, I got the same e-mail (I guess all the admited did).
The subject of mine was different (just "CONFIDENTIAL - INSEAD Final decision"), but the same as you quote in the body.

It seems to be just a standard mail. I don't have to provide a proof of second language (spanish native, english TOEFL, studying for the french exam).

My coordinator is CT. I got email last Fri and noted that she is OOF this week.

Admits - there is a facebook group for 11D students you can join.
