got the call from CT on Wednesday, I'm goin to Singapore.
Congrats to the admits and to all the waitlists/rejects, keep your head up! I applied to 8 schools, and interviewed at all of them. Aside from my backup, INSEAD was my only other admit and I'm thrilled. Things have a way of working out in the end.
Birdy & Higgs --- Did they give you a hard time during the "WHY MBA ifyouhaveasuccessfullbusinessORWAITisitNOTasuccessfulbusiness?!" question? And congrats for getting in!!

Thank you.
No, they didn't give me hard time asking "why MBA?" as long as your plan makes sense, then they wouldn't question it.
I am new to this forum. I was lucky enough to get a call from AMB last thursday and have been accepted to programme for Jan 2012 start in Singapore.
My brief profile: Australian/M/30yrs/ 9.5 years work ex within investment banking and as an entrepreneur/currently based in London
I noticed some posts for a meet in London. I'd be keen for a few too many beers to meet you all. I have requested to join the facebook group but happy to hear from anyone on this post.
Does anybody have a breakdown by nationality/gender of The admitted (so far)? I'm particularly interested in Latin Americans (mexicans, to be more specific). Thx.

MBA connect is like an intranet for INSEAD admits. so as i understand the 213 means that those many offers / acceptances are sent out (so there may be some drop outs from this figure). my understanding is most are r1 offers + i have also heard a few that were last year's admits but then asked for deferrals into this year. the indian pack leads the group which is highly interesting. i thought around 40-42 indians get admitted per year (based on the 10% cap) and 30 of them are already in with r1!
