Well, in the 12J batch there are 61 Indians, 11D has 53 and 11J has 60. So there are still lots of spots left.

There are 11 Brazilians in the 12D batch as of now.

Congrats to all the ADMITS ....

so looks like INSEAD already admitted (or atleast offered) approx half the spots for Indians (am assuming they wouldnt want more that 60-65 Indians in one batch) in Round 1 itself. This makes me think would that mean an Indian Round 2 applicant would be at a disadvantage assuming INSEAD would like to save some (5-10%) spots for Round 3 ? Interesting .....
(must have guessed, am an Indian R2 applicant )

On another note, I have not yet received an "Application Complete/Submitted" etc notification from INSEAD. ( applied the last day). Is anyone else also waiting for it ??

30 of ~60 spots already filled up... welcome to the lot of being Indian. Competition from cradle to grave... My kid cousin brother's mom is like so keen for him to get into a good school. Limited spots. Some colleges are asking for 100% for entry. Affirmative action (no comments on whether its good or bad; just a factual observation). Apply to international schools and you're bench-marked against fellow Indians. Almost the whole country seems to apply every time. Sometimes I wonder if my Indian face will be the sole 'Indian' applicant for anything in life? Fat chance!

Anyone has a ranking of the different nationalities accepted in INSEAD? How many french are expected to be accepted?

haha, competition from cradle to grave it is. never ever will you be the only indian for a task unless you travel to mars.

I haven't received the notification either... It is taking them far longer than the two weeks they say on the website. From the posts I read on this thread for R1 some got the notification like 10 days before the interview notification deadline.

I'm also waiting for mine. Im worried my transcripts didnt reach them due to the Canadian postage strike.

Ha ha! You are absolutely correct man. I remember I had to give a written exam and an interview to get admitted to the 1st grade. I was 5! But hey, competition just makes you better, doesn't it? Over the years I have given so many competitive exams and interviews, that I don't even break a sweat anymore when these things come up.

Good luck with your application! Also the count for Indians has gone up to 31 since yesterday. :)

And oh, there are 3 Greeks in the 12D batch.

Thanks! Appreciated! Any idea how many Greeks got in last year?

23 more days until we know about the interviews for sure.... :roll:

For now at least an application confirmation email wouldn't be bad!

@gmhdxb: 2 Pakistanis for 12D, 7, 4 and 4 in the previous 3 batches each!

Hi they are usually around 10% I think, in 12J class they are 58 but I don't know how they deal with double nationalities.
For 12D we're 15 for the moment
