I have a query. Today I saw a mail in my inbox from a Insead asking me to checkout Insead's EMBA. Even though this mail is not from my AdCom Rep just wanted to know if this is an indicator of things to come (btw I applied in R2).

It's been awfully quiet here....

Can someone tell me how acceptances and dings go out? I.e. If one is dinged, doesthis happen after the interview deadlines or would we expect to hear before that too? I'm just trying to figure out if an email from insead before the july21st deadline would be a good thing or not.....

Not sure about the feedback, but if you're dinged I'm pretty certain they'd send a message telling you you're dinged. I don't think they ding people by phone (or I hope they don't). How awkward would that be...

As far as I know, dings are always by email. I got my interview notification by email also, but some people got calls for interviews. Almost everyone I know got a call if they were accepted. And after the interview - dings and waitlists were by email.

I think about half the people that have applied for R2 are yet to receive confirmations. Upon asking they told me they are extremely busy and that I should be receiving a confirmation email soon enough and they told me my coordinators name as well. So I think we might be receiving confirmations this coming week.

I havent clicked it open and don't intend to but if its available on the internet --- the worldwide web --- and not on a restricted INSEAD intranet then I am not sure how it can be confi? It should even turn up on Google

I propose all related posts be removed before anyone gets in trouble. Yes they should have the file password protected but the only place google will find a link to the file will be this thread.

Meh! It is not as big a deal as Wharton's leak, really! All the info in that pdf is already out there, just slightly more scattered. For what it is worth, I don't think this would help people much. But yeah, just to be safe I would suggest the moderator delete the post with that link. It seems to popping up on other gmatclub forums also.
