Oh, and total count is up to 385 today. I still believe that number will go up to about 400, and then there will be roughly 100 - 120 spots for R3. After deposit deadline in mid-September for R2, we'll probably have some waitlist movement to bump that number up to around 400 again. Pure speculation, but it makes sense.

My impression from R2 is that invites go out in the week of the deadline, i.e. Sep 1-5 exclusively for R3? That's the week after the next. I try to calm myself with the idea that nothing will happen before. Or does anyone know differently?
