I think the overall split is R1-150,R2-150,R3-100 and R4-100.Insead takes around 500 overall. So if it is 440 already are they just going to offer 60 more seats. So is Round 4 just for formality?

Hi,
I'm sorry I think my question was taken out of context. INSEAD maintains that all rounds give you an equal opportunity and I'm certain they must be maintaining that. I was just wondering as to how many seats are available. I was not questioning the validity of the 4th Round, I'm certain the decisions they make are informed ones.
