I had completely different ones (do not remember exactly, but not those) speaking for the importance of just learning to be able to structure your thoughts quickly on a paper to come out as a good communicator - that would be my main tips!

Yes the Kira questions are really random, maybe based on our background (because the "out of stock" question is related to my job)
