I think there was something about a follow up email to be sent on Thursday with instructions and such. Thats what I think I heard. Of course after I heard admit, I had really stopped listening.

Friday makes sense because web page says:

"Please note that INSEAD's campus in Fontainebleau will be closed between 21st December (Friday) and 1st January (Tuesday) inclusive."

Oh yes! it's been a long journey for me. Was waitlisted for LBS till this July (for 2012 start) and then rejected, so was really looking forward to see closure on the admissions process.

It's only a problem if you make it one :-D
Luckily, there are more than enough schools to apply to, ( and there is also that thing called love :-D ) so I'm sure that eventually we will land on the right school for the both of us.

Who knows, maybe it will be INSEAD eventually .

We acknowledged the fact that we are a couple in our essays, but the school is very strict on treating everyone as individuals, including the admission decision. The committee ignores the fact that we are a couple.

When our admission coordinator(we had the same one) gave me the admission call in the morning, I asked her what's the status of my GF , she told me that she cannot disclose this information... I mean c'mon , we live under the same roof ....

Their process is not couple friendly ...
Some US schools such as Kellog, NYU and Columbia have a special section in the application where you can let them know that you are applying with your significant other.
