Hi guys, I am admitted to insead, and I am already commited, but I will join another school... Would some of you on the waitlist be interested in trying to find an agreement between the schooln you and me in order you can get in the school and I could retrieve a percent of my fees back ?

Hi All

I'm new to the forum, though I've been stalking it for the past week or so. My profile is Indian male (but living in SG for >10 years), 32 yrs old, 3.5 GPA, CFA with 7 yrs investment exp, 760 Gmat.

Just about squeezed in an application in R3, and finished my interviews (both went pretty well, I thought, and one of them explicitly said that he thinks I'll get in). On the surface, I like my chances, but this being R3, and me being Indian male (the most represented demog) without any exotic business exp, I'm worried about the diversity element. Shan't know till May 26-27th, I suppose, but how overriding is the diversity (or lack of it) factor for R3 applicants? Do I stand a decent chance of getting in? Thanks
