Creating a group to track the Waitlist for INSEAD August 2025 intake

Thanks for creating the forum.
I’m currently waitlisted in R1.
A waitlist means that there are still chances for admission. Fingers crossed that we can get off the waitlist together 🤞.

Thanks for this! It's been 2 months almost since I was waitlisted, not sure how long can I keep track of this. Good luck to the ones on this side.

Hi sosocial26 ! We understand that being waitlisted can be tough, but it’s also a sign that you’re still in the running for your dream program! Stay positive and proactive, some candidates who stay engaged and continue to show their commitment ultimately succeed, while some get an admit without doing anything too. Keep pushing forward, and remember, the journey isn’t over yet! You've got this!

Previously some candidates have reported receiving final decisions just weeks before the intake begins. INSEAD often maintains a substantial waitlist, especially in earlier application rounds, with admissions decisions for waitlisted applicants occurring throughout the admissions cycle. Rejection notifications are not issued on a specific date, instead, applicants may remain on the waitlist until a final decision is made, which can be early/late ranging from few weeks to months. The best you can do from your end is, proactive engagement, such as providing significant updates to your application (relevant growth in the current project, promotion at work, new GMAT/GRE score), can be beneficial during this period.

Good luck!

We’re in the same boat as you. Hopefully they release the results before the end of R4. Hope the best for all of us 😊

Hola good people of the waitlist prugatory, as a new entrant to the limbo can i check what is the latest. Can one of the more experienced warriors also detail out the possible outcomes for the people here. I understand these are as below
1. Waitlist Accepted
2. Waitlist rejected
3. Waitlist with offer to apply again?
4. Waitlist with acceptance for next cohort?

I am from Asia, have 5 years of work experience in consulting (MBB+), about GRE 320, have been accepted by Oxbridge and other schools, and would like to decide where to go to school.
I would like our results soon, when will we know?

Hey Folks! I had gotten waitlisted during R3 for August 2025 in-take cycle, just wanted to know whether there is still any hope at converting the waitlist. Not that I have much hope but does anyone have an idea until which date does the waitlist typically move before one should lose all hope?

Also worst-case scenario, if INSEAD waitlist is all one has, can one successfully leverage that hey I was waitlisted at INSEAD while trying to secure jobs at top tier consulting firms etc?

Hii,

It seems that the waitlist is moving. Just got an acceptance offer after a long wait on the waitlist. I will be placed in Singy.
