Citing the current visa/political scenario, which Country would be the best for MBA grads having 4-5 years experience ?

This is a general question for international MBA grads citing the employment requirements in these countries.

My post MBA goal is to get in the Big 5 consulting firms.

I would go for Ireland. But I am from Europe, so USA seems to far away for me. UK is getting out of EU, so I would go for Ireland. Besides it is a beautiful country, with welcoming people.
