Stat1: The first 20 positive integers are members of set S.
We don't know, what are other integers in set S. Insufficient

Stat2: Product of ANY two members of the set S, provided that the value of the product is less than 1000, is a member of the set S.
But, we don't know any further information for integers. Insufficient

Combining both, given, n= 729 = 3^6 = 3*9*27
3 and 9 will be in Set S, then 3*9= 27 will be in set S.
Further, 3*27 = 81 will be in set S.
Again, 9*81 = 729 will be in Set S. Sufficient

So, I think C. :)
