Re: Is Jamboree misleading? [#permalink]
Each and every question in jamboree mock is a retired GMAC question, questions that you find in OG, Verbal review, etc. So it could be possible that you must have done those questions in your practice phase, and consequently they were part of your residual memory , which helped in getting high score.

Hi,

I am wondering if Jamboree test papers are misleading.
I have given almost 12 Jamboree mocks for GMAT and the lowest score was 720, highest 780 with a median score of 740.

I gave 3 GMAT attempts till now and scored 520 in 2 tests(Q=49, V=15) and 600 in the 3rd attempt(Q=49, V=24) after months of prep.

I was targeting colleges like MIT etc for myself but now, even an admission this year looks unlikely.

I am wondering if there is something wrong with Jamboree test papers. Is their level of question too low?

Our test scores are usually quite close to the actual GMAT scores.

Let's assume Jamboree is absolutely fair and perfect for coaching. But what made you take GMAT online without already taking official Mocks? I mean, you might have taken once for starters, but why thrice?

What Mayank221133 says is absolutely true as well.

Take Mgmat Cats, Veritas cats, official mocks and see where you stand. With all due respect to your experience with Jamboree, i can't blame them yet.

For mock tests, don't go beyond
1. Mgmat Mocks
2. GmatClub Mocks
3. Veritas Mocks and

4. obviously the official mocks
