Saw it mentioned on her by someone, so I was wondering if it is worth the investment? I scored a 700 on my only attempt at the GMAT, and really don't want to take it again (guess I might have to though). My undergrad GPA is a 3.05, so I want something to boost my application a little. Will MBA Math help with that?

MBA Math can help if you have a low quant score, especially if it is combined with work experience where you didn't have a chance to demonstrate strong quant skills. So it will depend on how the quant portion of the GMAT went for you. That said, if you got a 700 on your first attempt it's definitely worth doing a bit more prep & trying again. 
The GMAT is an instant screener and a higher score there will definitely do a lot more for your application than MBA Math.
If quant is a weakness for you & you do decide a quant course, MBA Math is just one option. It's also totally fine to just do some MBA-relevant courses (finance, statistics, etc) at a community college or online to show that you are making the effort to address the weakness.

turcorox911 , What was your score breakout? Check out this chart below to get an idea of how improving your Verbal or Quant may improve your total score.
