I am taking those practice questions in GMAT Prep and Look what I found?! Option C is both right and wrong? Will stuff like this happen with GMAT too?
The actual GMAT runs on a completely different platform. :)

It'd be great if test takers could see the answers after taking the test though.

Hi kyro,

From the written explanation, it certainly appears that the correct answer to the 2nd column IS Answer C. If I had to guess, I'd say that the wrong answer "icon" for Answer C in the 1st column is accidentally mis-aligned on the page and is appearing in the 2nd column. This could be a programmer/designer error or a browser issue on your end.

Assuming that this is some type of IR Quiz, were you credited with selecting the correct answer to this question or was it marked in the results as 'incorrect.'

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
Rich

This was marked incorrect. Three column answer is D and I got that right.

Did u refresh the page ?
Usually that fix problems most of the time

That didn't fix the error. It was marked as incorrect. I have closed the browser and opened a new instance. Still the same.

That's good to know. Hope the quality of code writing is better there.

Hi kyro,

As mentioned, you won’t run into these types of issues when taking the actual GMAT.

If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out. Good luck!

I'm not sure whether it's better, but it's certainly more "battle-tested". The conditions and platforms at test centers are also almost completely under Pearson's control.

The practice test web app on the other hand, was rolled out before it was really ready. It also has to accommodate a very large number of different conditions and platforms.
