Let's say the numbers are 10 to 16.

Then the sum is 16+15+14+13+12+11+10=91 which is also the highest
If further lower value integers replace the existing numbers, the sum would obviously go below 91.
Hence for all cases, the sum would never be larger than 99

16,15,14,13,12,11,6
Sum=87

26,25,24,23,22,21,16
Sum=137

Therefore insufficient
Option A is the answer
