I) 2 and 3 are two prime factors of 144 so one can not decide.
ii) Any multiple of 2>2 can not be a prime

(1) X is a factor of 144.

(2) X > 2 and X is a multiple of 2.

Statement 1
X can have in total 15 values, such as 2,4,12,18
It is not sufficient, since it gives two values as 2 or 18

Statement 2
X > 2 and X is a multiple of 2
Values satisfying above will be 4,6,8,10
Multiple of 2, greater than 2, will never be a prime number.

IMO Answer is B
